Stockbridge Pilgrimage

You are invited to join us as we celebrate the

Jubilee Year of Hope

with a pilgrimage to the

National Shrine of The Divine Mercy

 Tuesday, June 10, 2025

The grounds of the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy consists of 375 acres of land nestled in the beautiful Berkshire hills in western Massachusetts. The name of the property is called “Eden Hill” because of its natural beauty.  On the grounds of Eden Hill, please explore the National Shrine chapel itself (The "Shrine Church,") which offers daily Mass, Confessions, Adoration, Rosary, benediction, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, the blessing of religious articles, and a blessing with a first-class relic of St. Faustina.

Please explore other shrines on the grounds of Eden Hill as well including: The Mother of Mercy Outdoor ShrineThe Shrine of the Holy Innocents, the outdoor Life-Sized Way of the Cross, the The Holy Family Shrine, and the The Lourdes Grotto  & Immaculate Conception Candle Shrine

Most of the outdoor shrines are also candle shrines, which give pilgrims an opportunity to light a real candle for a loved one. There is also an opportunity to have a candle lit in the sanctuary of the National Shrine by requesting it online. Eden Hill is also the home to the Marian Helpers Center, which includes the beautiful Our Lady of Mercy Candle Shrine & Oratory.

Cost is $50 per person. Payment is due at time of registration. Please click the link below to register.

We will depart from the Cathedral promptly at 8:00 AM. Please arrive no later than 7:30 to have time to park in the lot across the street and board the bus.

Upon arrival at the Shrine, you will have ample opportunity to explore the grounds on your own. We will celebrate Mass at 2:00 PM. Confessions, Adoration and the Rosary are available prior to Mass at 1:00 PM.  You may choose to remain in the church following Mass for the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy and Benediction at 3:00 PM or continue to explore the grounds on your own.

We will depart the Shrine at 5:00 PM for our return trip home.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY:

  • Although the Shrine opened a cafe last year, it is not open on Tuesdays. Please pack a lunch to bring with you. There is a sheltered outside area with picnic tables available for  your use. In the case of inclimate weather, Memorial Hall in the basement of the Shrine is available for use.
  • The dress code at the Shrine requires that shoulders and knees must be covered.
  • To accomodate large crowds, there are days when Mass and devotions are moved outside during warmer weather. These decisions are made on the day in question and not announced in advance. Please come prepared for weather.
